M3M India and Smartworld Developers have partnered with global fashion and lifestyle brand ELIE SAAB to launch Signature Residences by ELIE SAAB, marking the brand’s first residential developments in India. The projects in Gurugram and Noida aim to translate ELIE SAAB’s design philosophy into refined residential experiences where architecture, interiors, and lifestyle converge to create contemporary elevated living.
The developments reflect India’s growing luxury market, catering to a new generation of homeowners seeking global standards of design, craftsmanship, and lifestyle integration. The Gurugram project is located in Sector 111, SCDA (Smart City Delhi Airport), while the Noida development is in Sector 98, offering privacy, connectivity, and premium living within highly curated urban environments.
The collaboration combines M3M India and Smartworld Developers’ regional expertise, construction excellence, and proven delivery capabilities with ELIE SAAB’s refined interior vision. Interiors and shared spaces will feature bespoke furniture and décor pieces from the ELIE SAAB Maison collection, developed under license by Corporate Brand – A++ Group and crafted in Italy to ensure exceptional quality and timeless elegance.
Gurugram – Sector 111, SCDA project
Located within The Billionaire’s Block, an exclusive enclave designed to host globally renowned branded residences, the Gurugram development spans 170 acres. Signature Residences will include 300 four-bedroom homes ranging from 4,200 to 4,650 sq. ft., with waterfront views, wrap-around decks, private Jacuzzis, and generous floor-to-ceiling heights to maximize light, space, and comfort.
Noida – Sector 98 project
The Noida development covers six acres and features 200 three- and four-bedroom residences from 2,850 to 3,810 sq. ft., alongside 480 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The project offers uninterrupted golf course views, strong connectivity to South Delhi, Central Noida, and key NCR commercial hubs, and access to both the existing Indira Gandhi International Airport and the upcoming Jewar International Airport. The design emphasizes enhanced privacy and refined living experiences.
Amenities and lifestyle
Both developments will include curated lifestyle amenities such as concierge services, wellness and spa facilities, swimming pools, fitness centers, residents’ lounges, and dedicated children’s play areas. Scheduled for completion in 2030, the Signature Residences are intended to provide comfort, well-being, and a sense of community for residents.
