Valued at over $1 billion, this project marks the third strategic collaboration between the two companies in the Kingdom, following the successful launch of Trump Tower Jeddah.
Located within the Amaya development along King Abdulaziz Road, Trump Plaza Jeddah is designed as a fully integrated urban ecosystem. The project combines Grade-A offices, premium retail, destination dining, a members-only lifestyle club, and luxury Trump residences, all centered around a private central park to create a cohesive, connected environment for residents and visitors.
