Arada accelerates global pipeline with AED130 billion projects after record 2025 sales

After a record-breaking 2025, Arada is accelerating its global development strategy, expanding its operations into the UK and Australia while planning projects worth AED130 billion ($35.4bn) across its international and domestic pipeline. The UAE-based master developer sold over 5,140 homes worth AED17.3 billion ($4.7bn) across Dubai and Sharjah last year, underscoring strong market demand and operational growth.

Record 2025 UAE sales highlight Arada’s domestic strength

In the UAE, Arada’s 2025 performance reflected strong market demand for both its existing and newly launched communities. Unit sales more than doubled compared with 2024, rising from 2,171 to 5,140 homes. Total group revenue increased by 170% to AED6.7 billion ($1.8bn), while EBITDA grew 174% to AED1.6 billion ($440m), underlining the company’s strong operational and financial performance.

Key domestic launches included Dubai’s Akala, marketed as a precision wellness destination, and Sharjah’s Masaar 2 and Masaar 3 forested communities, which ranked among the fastest-selling projects in the UAE.

The developer’s growth aligns with Dubai’s wider property market, which reached a historic milestone in 2025. Total real estate transactions in Dubai exceeded AED917 billion ($250bn), with investment transactions alone accounting for AED680 billion ($185bn), up 29% year-on-year. These figures mark the highest levels ever recorded in the Emirate, reflecting robust buyer confidence in off-plan and ready properties.

Global footprint expands with UK and Australia projects

Arada strengthened its global footprint in 2025 through major acquisitions and project approvals. In the UK, the developer acquired 75% of Regal (now Arada London) and secured an 80% stake in London’s Thameside West mixed-use development, committing AED2.5 billion ($680m) in total. In Australia, Arada submitted its first project applications in Sydney, following its initial market entry in 2024.

Major project awards and strong pipeline

Domestically, Arada awarded AED12.7 billion ($3.6bn) worth of contracts during the year, covering projects such as Madar Mall in Aljada, Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, Anantara Sharjah Resort and Residences, and developments linked to Masaar 2.

Comparatively, Emaar Properties, one of Dubai’s largest developers, reported AED80.4 billion ($21.9bn) in property sales and AED49.6 billion ($13.5bn) in revenue in 2025.

Since its founding in 2017, Arada has launched 11 projects in the UAE, delivering over 10,000 homes. The developer is planning approximately 55,000 units across its UAE, UK, and Australian projects.
