Mercedes‑Benz Places and Binghatti Developers have unveiled Mercedes‑Benz Places | Binghatti City, a new masterplanned residential community in Dubai that expands their collaboration from a single-tower development to a full-scale urban living environment.

Conceived as a “city within a city,” the project spans nearly 9 million square feet and includes more than 13,000 residences across 12 towers. The centerpiece, Vision Iconic, along with the surrounding buildings, is connected through a cohesive architectural language inspired by the legacy of Mercedes‑Benz design. The development combines residential, wellness, sports, retail, and mobility amenities to create an integrated lifestyle ecosystem.

The exterior design embodies Mercedes‑Benz’s Sensual Purity philosophy, creating a dynamic composition that links the centerpiece tower with the surrounding buildings. Horizontal podium lines echo the iconic “grille,” while floating elements above podiums emphasize elegance. Signature silver and chrome details reflect the brand’s automotive heritage. Each of the 12 towers is named after visionary Mercedes‑Benz concept cars, from the Vision One-Eleven to the Vision AVTR, blending heritage and innovation.

Inside, residences follow a timeless, reduced aesthetic with black and silver as base tones, complemented by natural materials such as leather and wood. Every detail is designed to create an unmistakable Mercedes‑Benz experience while integrating advanced technology for convenience and comfort.

Landscape and community spaces

The surrounding landscape is crafted to balance nature and innovation, featuring water features, relaxation areas, and pedestrian-friendly green corridors. Key community zones include the Grand Promenade, Crown Arena for events, Picnic Grove, and Meadow Pavilion, along with family-focused areas such as Little Marvels and Aqua Joy.

Lifestyle, wellness, and mobility

Residents will have access to an extensive wellness and recreation ecosystem.
