Nocturne Luxury Villas has continued to strengthen its senior leadership team as the company scales its global platform of luxury villa rental brands across the United States, Caribbean, and Mexico.
The company recently named Dane Jensen as chief operating officer and has since expanded its executive bench with senior appointments across marketing, finance, technology, and sales, reflecting a broader effort to build operational depth and commercial capability amid rising demand for high-end villa accommodations.
Founded in 2019, Nocturne Luxury Villas owns and operates luxury villa rental companies including Exceptional Stays, WIMCO St. Barth Properties, Cabo Villas, Paradise Retreats, Exclusive 30A, and Grand Cayman Villas and Condos.
As chief operating officer, Jensen oversees Nocturne’s end-to-end operations, including property performance, guest experience, field team leadership, and the development of service standards across the company’s expanding portfolio. He brings nearly two decades of hospitality leadership experience to the role.
Prior to joining Nocturne, Jensen served as vice president of hospitality at Vail Resorts, where he managed operations across a diverse mix of private residences, condominiums, full-service hotels, and golf courses. Earlier in his career, he spent close to a decade at Inspirato in senior leadership roles, including vice president of destination operations and senior director of portfolio experience, helping scale a global luxury travel platform built around high-touch service. He began his career at Omni Hotels, where he spent 12 years in operational and food-and-beverage leadership roles.
Alongside the COO appointment, Nocturne expanded its senior leadership team with four additional hires. Faith Aronow joined as vice president of performance marketing, Luke Franco as vice president of financial planning and analysis, Fabio Iannelli as vice president of information technology, and Heather Brown as senior director of sales and revenue. Together, the executives bring more than 70 years of combined industry experience.
Brown brings more than a decade of experience in luxury travel sales, revenue growth, and team development. Most recently at Audley Travel, she led teams of more than 35 sales specialists and delivered consistent year-over-year revenue growth across multiple destinations. At Nocturne, she leads sales performance optimization, channel strategy, and revenue growth across all markets, supporting the company’s expanding portfolio of luxury villa brands.
“Nocturne is in a phase of accelerated growth, and investing in experienced leadership across every function is critical to our mission in scaling thoughtfully,” said Scott Wiseman, chief executive officer of Nocturne Luxury Villas. “These leaders strengthen our ability to support our teams, enhance the guest experience, and build the infrastructure required for continued expansion.”
Nocturne’s leadership build-out comes as demand for luxury villa accommodations continues to grow, driven by travelers seeking privacy, space, and hotel-level service within private residential settings. The company has been particularly active in expanding its presence in the Caribbean, where its portfolio includes established operators such as WIMCO St. Barth Properties.
With its expanded leadership team in place, Nocturne Luxury Villas is positioning itself to scale responsibly while maintaining consistent service standards across some of the world’s most sought-after leisure destinations.
