Toll Brothers announces Sagebrook luxury home community in Nolensville, Tennessee

US-based luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers has announced a new luxury home community named Sagebrook, planned for Nolensville, Tennessee, in the Nashville metropolitan area. Site development is currently underway, with the community anticipated to open for sale in autumn 2026.

Sagebrook will be located on Clovercroft Road and Sagebrook Drive, less than one mile from historic downtown Nolensville. The development will comprise 26 single-family homes, offering newly designed floor plans with four to five bedrooms and up to 4,883ft2 of living space. Buyers will be able to choose from four home designs, each available in three distinct exterior elevation styles.

Homeowners will have access to the Toll Brothers Design Studio, where they can work with professional design consultants to personalise finishes and fixtures. According to Jordan Hartigan, Division President of Toll Brothers in Tennessee, the floor plans have been created with local homebuyers in mind, focusing on both elegance and functionality.

Nolensville is positioned within close proximity to Franklin, Brentwood, downtown Nashville, and the wider South Nashville corridor. Retail and dining options, including the recently opened Publix Super Market at Village Green, are located within a short distance of the new community. The area is also served by Williamson County Schools.

Sagebrook adds to Toll Brothers’ expanding footprint in the greater Nashville region. The company’s current portfolio in the area includes Toll Brothers at The Nations in Nashville, Tomlinson Pointe in Mt. Juliet, Meadowlark in Murfreesboro, and Toll Brothers at August Park in Spring Hill. Another community, Franklin Ridge in Franklin, is scheduled to open in spring 2026.

The Tennessee launch follows additional recent activity by the company in other US growth markets. In Texas, Toll Brothers announced Evergrove, a master-planned community in Richmond near Houston, expected to open for sale in autumn 2026. That development will feature multiple collections of home designs ranging from 1,880ft2 to more than 6,100ft2.

Meanwhile, in Nevada, the company recently unveiled two new model homes at Incanta Lago, a gated community within the Lake Las Vegas master plan in Henderson. Homes there range from 2,488ft2 to 3,293ft2, with pricing starting from the mid-$900,000s.
