The development is delivered by Rabina, a New York-based family-owned real estate investment and development firm.

The building is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), whose architectural approach references classic Manhattan design motifs while using modern terracotta-clad setbacks and signature arched windows to create a distinctive, contemporary profile.
