520 Fifth Avenue rises 88 stories and approximately 1,000ft, establishing itself as the tallest residential building on Fifth Avenue. Located adjacent to Bryant Park, the tower integrates 100 luxury residences, boutique offices, ground-level retail, and Moss, a private members’ club. The development is delivered by Rabina, a New York-based family-owned real estate investment and development firm.
The building is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), whose architectural approach references classic Manhattan design motifs while using modern terracotta-clad setbacks and signature arched windows to create a distinctive, contemporary profile.
Residences at 520 Fifth Avenue: Panoramic views and bespoke interiors

The luxury condominiums occupy the upper floors of the tower, beginning around the 42nd floor, offering views of Bryant Park, Central Park, and Midtown Manhattan. Residences span one to four bedrooms and feature high ceilings (10-14 ft), full-height arched windows, and premium finishes including white oak flooring, stone surfaces, European-inspired mosaics, and bespoke kitchens and bathrooms.

Residents have access to an 88th-floor amenity suite providing solarium, lounge, library, and entertainment spaces, along with membership at Moss. The Moss club, covering 40,000ft2 across four floors, offers a combination of dining, wellness, and cultural facilities. Residential closings have commenced, and the majority of units have been sold within the first year of launch, with only a small number of residences remaining available.

Office spaces at 520 Fifth Avenue: Boutique and flexible work environments
The office floors (9-34) offer full-floor layouts with column-free interiors and private outdoor terraces. Designed by Charles & Co, the offices emphasise material richness, abundant daylight, and adaptable spatial arrangements.

Office features include collaborative zones, private offices, boardrooms, and lounges. Tenants have access to wellness, dining, and social spaces at Moss. A number of office leases have been signed, and the building has seen initial tenant occupancy, reflecting the operational readiness of the office component.
Neighborhood advantage: Midtown Manhattan’s prime business hub
520 Fifth Avenue benefits from central urban connectivity. Bryant Park is within immediate proximity, while Grand Central Terminal provides access to regional transit networks. The tower is near Fifth Avenue retail, the Theatre District, cultural institutions, and key city landmarks including the New York Public Library, Rockefeller Center, the Chrysler Building, and MoMA.
The location offers convenient access to both work and leisure activities within Midtown Manhattan.
Architectural design of 520 Fifth Avenue: Heritage and contemporary approach

KPF’s design draws from Beaux-Arts precedents and historic Manhattan forms. Key features include terracotta-clad façades with setbacks, signature arched windows, and integrated programmatic design combining residences, offices, retail, and social spaces.

The tower balances heritage-inspired aesthetics with contemporary urban functionality. Office interiors employ a residential-quality material palette of natural stone, wood, and polished metals. Large operable arched windows provide daylight and city views.

Flexible layouts support collaboration, privacy, and executive requirements. Tenant amenities include wellness, dining, and social spaces, alongside high-performance building systems.
Mixed-use integration and functionality
520 Fifth Avenue exemplifies integrated mixed-use excellence, integrating luxury residences, boutique offices, retail, and social amenities in a single landmark tower. Its architectural sophistication, premium design, and Midtown location set a benchmark for luxury real estate and workplace innovation in Manhattan.
